Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager for a major programme at NEOM in Saudi Arabia. You will lead contract administration, provide expert advice, and work with client teams to manage risks, negotiations and reporting across the project lifecycle.

You will bring Chartered status, 20+ years of infrastructure contract experience, and strong leadership to ensure compliant, timely delivery while maintaining stakeholder confidence and commercial integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related discipline from an internationally recognised university.
• Minimum 20 years experience.
• Chartered status with a recognised professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB) or equivalent.
• Strong experience managing contracts on major infrastructure, building or complex development projects.
• Extensive knowledge of contract administration, commercial negotiations, risk management, cost planning and claims.
• Proven ability to lead contract activities and provide technical guidance on complex matters.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring obligations, procedures and timelines are maintained.
• Review RFPs, tender documents and contract terms to identify risks, obligations and non-compliance.
• Lead or support negotiations on complex, high-value contractual matters.
• Provide expert contractual advice to client, project leadership and key stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, risks, variations, claims and commercial issues with timely reporting.
• Assist in preparing, assessing and negotiating claims, change requests and variations.
• Collaborate with project, commercial, procurement and legal teams to resolve contractual matters.
