Job summary

You will draft, review, and negotiate service, vendor, and procurement agreements; analyze terms for risks; maintain a centralized contract system; and coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations.

Qualifications

• Proven 20 years experience in contract management, commercial law, or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, and risk analysis.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex commercial agreements and identifying legal implications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service, vendor, and procurement agreements.
• Analyze contract terms to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a centralized contract management system with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations to ensure standards.
• Monitor contract performance, renewals, and obligations.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Prepare contract summaries and reports for senior management.
• Ensure contracts comply with local Saudi regulations and international best practices.
• Identify opportunities to standardize templates and streamline processes.
• Support in resolving disputes and amendments; stay updated on regulatory changes.
