Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and risk management.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with claims management and contract dispute resolution.
• Proficiency in contract documentation and compliance monitoring.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build vendor and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
• Administer contracts through the project lifecycle with compliance.
• Monitor contract performance and identify discrepancies.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Support claims management including preparation, evaluation and negotiation.
• Interpret contract terms to safeguard organizational interests.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records.
• Develop and implement contract management processes.
• Assist in resolution of disputes and claims.
• Participate in tender phases with input during offer evaluation.
• Support financial reviews and risk quantification with PMs.
