Job summary

Egis seeks an experienced Contracts Specialist in Jeddah to lead contract administration, change management, and claims support across major infrastructure and mega-projects. The role requires extensive expertise in FIDIC contracts, risk management, and commercial governance.

You will liaise with PMs, Legal teams, and clients, ensuring timely closeout, compliance, and accurate reporting. A minimum 10+ years in related fields is expected, with consultancy experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline as listed.
10+ years of experience in Contracts Administration/Commercial Management/Quantity Surveying/Contract Management.

Responsibilities

Administer consultancy and construction contracts in accordance with contract conditions.
Review contract documents and identify obligations, risks, and key deliverables.
Maintain contract records, correspondence, and documentation.
Support contract execution, amendments, extensions, and closeout activities.
Review Variation Orders (VOs) and assess EOT submissions.
Monitor contract changes and maintain change registers; ensure compliance.
Prepare and evaluate claims; assist in dispute resolution.
Ensure procurement and governance compliance; support audits.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Legal teams, and Clients.
Prepare contractual and commercial reports; track milestones.
