Egis Group seeks a detail-oriented Contract & Commercial Manager to lead end-to-end contract management in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure compliance, negotiate terms, manage risk, and support strategic objectives across departments.

Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing service, vendor, and procurement agreements, maintaining records, and coordinating with legal, finance, and operations to align with standards.

Formación

• 20 years experience in contract management, commercial law, or procurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk analysis.
• Experience with contract management software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in line with policies and regulations.
• Analyze contract terms to identify risks and recommend mitigations.
• Maintain centralized contract management system with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations to ensure alignment with standards.
• Monitor contract performance, renewal dates, and obligations.
• Manage vendor relationships including onboarding and renewal negotiations.
• Prepare contract summaries and reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local Saudi Arabian regulations and international practices.
• Identify opportunities to standardize templates and streamline processes.
• Support dispute resolution and amendments.
