Job summary

Reef Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Writer to lead development of high-quality content across the Group’s brands, campaigns, digital platforms, and communications.

The role emphasizes strong Arabic writing, storytelling, and a clear brand voice, with ability to translate ideas into compelling content for social, websites, and campaigns; close collaboration with Marketing, Creative, Design, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Arabic Language, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Creative Writing, or Marketing Communications.
• Strong Arabic writing, editing, grammar, and storytelling skills; excellent English communication.
• Portfolio of previous writing work is required; experience with AI-assisted content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write high-quality content for social media, websites, campaigns, product launches, and marketing materials.
• Create Arabic copy aligned with each brand’s identity, tone of voice, and objectives.
• Develop campaign concepts, headlines, taglines, captions, scripts, product descriptions, and promotional messaging.
• Review and improve content produced by team members for quality, consistency, and accuracy.

Reef Group is seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Content Writer to lead the development of high-quality written content across the Group’s brands, campaigns, digital platforms, and communication channels.

The role will be responsible for creating compelling, brand-aligned content that supports marketing objectives, strengthens brand identity, and drives audience engagement across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong Arabic writing skills, excellent storytelling ability, a deep understanding of brand tone of voice, and the ability to turn ideas, products, and campaigns into clear and impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and write high-quality content for social media, websites, campaigns, product launches, digital platforms, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Create strong Arabic copy aligned with each brand’s identity, tone of voice, and communication objectives.
• Develop campaign concepts, headlines, taglines, captions, scripts, product descriptions, and promotional messaging.
• Review, edit, and improve content produced by other team members to ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy.
• Work closely with Marketing, Creative, Design, Social Media, E-commerce, Product, and other relevant teams.
• Adapt content for different brands, customer segments, platforms, and markets.
• Support the development and maintenance of brand tone of voice guidelines.
• Translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into effective written communication.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and creative brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure all content is culturally relevant, engaging, and aligned with audience expectations.
• Monitor content trends, cultural conversations, consumer behavior, and emerging formats.
• Support corporate and internal communication content when required.
• Manage multiple content projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and support junior content writers when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Arabic Language, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Creative Writing, or Marketing Communications.
• Strong professional experience in Arabic content writing and copywriting.
• Excellent Arabic writing, editing, grammar, and storytelling skills.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Proven experience writing content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and brand communications.
• Experience developing campaign concepts, headlines, scripts, and brand messaging.
• Experience within retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, FMCG, consumer goods, or creative/advertising agencies is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand tone of voice, customer behavior, and audience-focused communication.
• Ability to review and improve the work of other writers.
• Strong creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A strong portfolio of previous writing work is required.
• Experience using AI tools to support research, ideation, content development, or editing is an advantage.
