Job summary

Reef Holding is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support planning and execution of campaigns across digital, social, retail and offline channels. You will coordinate content, conduct market research, and drive brand activations in the beauty and retail space.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong Arabic and English communication, and proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, FMCG, or consumer brands is preferred.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, social media, campaigns, and brand activations.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and cross-functional teams is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support content planning and ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track marketing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and campaign requirements.
• Stay updated on consumer trends, competitor activities, and developments within the beauty and retail market.
