Job summary

Reef Group seeks a creative Content Writer to craft engaging, brand-aligned content across marketing and communications channels. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong Arabic writing and editing skills, plus solid English communication, with experience across social media, websites, campaigns, and product descriptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism, Arabic Language, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Marketing Communications, or related field.
• Strong Arabic writing and editing skills.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Experience writing content for social media, digital marketing, campaigns, and brands.
• Experience within retail, beauty, fragrance, fashion, FMCG, consumer goods, or agency environments preferred.
• Portfolio or samples of previous writing work required.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for social media, websites, campaigns, product launches, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
• Develop creative Arabic copy aligned with brand identity, tone of voice, and campaign objectives.
• Support the creation of content for advertisements, promotional campaigns, product descriptions, and brand communications.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Social Media, E-commerce, Product, and other relevant teams.
• Adapt content based on different brands, audiences, platforms, and communication objectives.
• Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, clarity, and quality.
• Develop content concepts, captions, headlines, scripts, and campaign messaging.
• Support corporate communication content when required.
• Ensure all written content reflects the brand’s positioning and maintains a consistent tone of voice.
• Stay updated on content trends, customer behavior, social media trends, and cultural relevance.
• Manage multiple content requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
