We are currently seeking aSenior ARIS Consultant to join ARIS in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will play a key role in delivering business process transformation initiatives using the ARIS platform, including process modeling, process mining, workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and governance solutions.
You will combine strong technical and consulting capabilities with hands‑on experience in ARIS development, JavaScript scripting, Business Process Management (BPM), process mining, data modeling, business intelligence, and workflow optimization. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful implementations.
The role is highly customer-facing and requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, provide technical guidance, and support customers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Essential Functions
- Lead business process analysis, process modeling, and process improvement initiatives using ARIS.
- Design and implement ARIS solutions including Process Design, ARIS Process Governance (APG), Reporting, Dashboards, and Process Mining.
- Develop and maintain ARIS reports, macros, and custom solutions using JavaScript and ARIS APIs.
- Lead process mining initiatives, analyzing execution data to identify bottlenecks, process variation, compliance deviations, and optimization opportunities.
- Design and develop dashboards and analytical solutions using ARIS Dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Perform data analysis, transformation, validation, and modeling to support process intelligence initiatives.
- Facilitate customer workshops, requirements‑gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Design and implement workflow automation for governance, approval, and operational processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to consultants and project team members.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and functional ARIS and integration issues.
- Support integrations with HR systems, ERP platforms, document management systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, implementation guides, training materials, and project deliverables.
- Conduct customer demonstrations and solution presentations and support proposal development and pre‑sales activities as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in BPM, Process Intelligence, Business Analysis, Enterprise Transformation, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience working with ARIS.
- Strong experience with ARIS Process Design, reporting, javascript development and process modelling.
- Experience with ARIS Process Governance (APG) and workflow design.
- Experience with ARIS Dashboards, business intelligence, and/or Process Mining.
Strong JavaScript development skills, including experience developing ARIS reports, macros, and custom solutions.- Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and data exchange.
- Strong SQL skills, with experience in data modeling, transformation, and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and Power Query.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders and business requirements for technical teams.

- Relevant certifications in BPM, Process Mining, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
