Job summary

ARIS is seeking a Senior ARIS Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to lead process transformation using ARIS, including modeling, mining, and governance solutions. You will bridge business needs and technical design, mentor teams, and drive customer success across engagements.

The role demands strong ARIS, JavaScript, BPM, and BI tooling skills, with fluency in Arabic and English and excellent stakeholder communication. The position is client-facing with workshops and delivered solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years in BPM, Process Intelligence, or Enterprise Transformation.
• At least 3 years hands-on with ARIS.
• Strong JavaScript development and ARIS report creation.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and data exchange.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and analysis.
• Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, Power Query.
• Power BI or Tableau experience.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis and modeling using ARIS.
• Design ARIS solutions including APG, reporting, dashboards, and process mining.
• Develop ARIS reports, macros, and custom solutions with JavaScript and ARIS APIs.
• Lead process mining initiatives and analyze execution data.
• Create dashboards using ARIS, Power BI, Tableau.
• Perform data analysis, transformation, and modeling to support process intelligence.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical designs.
• Design and implement workflow automation for governance and operations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Troubleshoot ARIS and integrations.
• Prepare technical docs and implementation guides.
• Support pre-sales activities and demos.
