Job summary

ARIS is seeking a Services Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This onsite role involves owning the commercial lifecycle of Professional Services engagements, coordinating with account executives, solution architects, and delivery leads, and driving renewals and expansions across APJ and the Middle East.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape offerings, manage pricing, and forecast revenue, while building strong relationships with strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, or commercial roles within enterprise software or consulting.
• Strong experience managing the commercial lifecycle of enterprise Professional Services engagements.
• Proven experience with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders across complex environments.
• Strong understanding of pricing, contracts, margins, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Ability to identify and develop expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing relationships.

Job description

We are currently seeking a Services Account Managerto join ARIS inRiyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position isonsite with occasional traveling across APJ and the Middle East.

In this role, you will act as a core commercial and engagement orchestrator within Professional Services, partnering closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, Delivery Leads, and Partners. You will own the commercial lifecycle of Professional Services engagements, from shaping engagement models and pricing through to contracts, margins, forecasting, and expansion opportunities.

Essential Functions

• Own the commercial lifecycle of Professional Services engagements, including scoping, engagement models, pricing, contracting, margins, forecasting, and renewals.
• Partner with Account Executives, Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, Delivery Leads, and Partners to shape and position Professional Services offerings.
• Develop andmaintain strong relationships with strategic customers and stakeholders across APJ and the Middle East.
• Identify expansion, cross-sell, and additional Professional Services opportunities within existing customer accounts.
• Ensure pipeline hygiene,accurate forecasting, and visibility of Professional Services opportunities and revenue.
• Align customer demand and commercial commitments with delivery capacity, resources, and timelines.
• Support the development of value-based proposals and commercial structures aligned to customer outcomes.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to customers, helping them understand the value and impact of ARIS Professional Services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve commercial, contractual, and delivery-related issues.

Minimum Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, or commercial roles within enterprise software or consulting.
• Strong experience managing the commercial lifecycle of enterprise Professional Services engagements.
• Proven experience working with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing, contracts, margins, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Ability toidentify and develop expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of Professional Services delivery models, resource planning, and customer engagement structures.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across sales, delivery, product, and executive teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Process Intelligence, Business Process Management, Process Mining, or related enterprise software.
• Experience working with large enterprise transformation programmes.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships or working with consulting partners such as EY, Deloitte, or KPMG.
• Experience working across APJ and/or the Middle East.
