Job summary

ARIS is seeking a Services Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This onsite role involves owning the commercial lifecycle of Professional Services engagements, coordinating with account executives, solution architects, and delivery leads, and driving renewals and expansions across APJ and the Middle East.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to shape offerings, manage pricing, and forecast revenue, while building strong relationships with strategic customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Professional Services, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, or commercial roles within enterprise software or consulting.
• Strong experience managing the commercial lifecycle of enterprise Professional Services engagements.
• Proven experience with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders across complex environments.
• Strong understanding of pricing, contracts, margins, forecasting, and pipeline management.
• Ability to identify and develop expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial lifecycle of Professional Services engagements, including scoping, pricing, contracting, margins, forecasting, and renewals.
• Partner with sales, delivery, and partners to shape and position Professional Services offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic customers across APJ and the Middle East.
• Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Ensure pipeline hygiene and visibility of opportunities and revenue.
• Align customer demand with delivery capacity, resources, and timelines.
• Support value-based proposals and commercial structures aligned to customer outcomes.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to customers on ARIS Professional Services.
