Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise and monitor large-scale building and infrastructure construction on-site. You will ensure works conform to drawings, specs, and standards while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve interfaces and maintain schedule.

The role emphasizes quality assurance, site inspections, and reporting, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and alignment with project objectives. GCC experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Professional Engineer registration or equivalent desirable.
• Membership in a recognized engineering institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise earthworks, roads, drainage, utilities, foundations, and external infrastructure.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and construction methodologies.
• Coordinate with structural, architectural, MEP and landscape teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality plans and conduct inspections/test records.
• Monitor site progress, update schedules, and report any delays.
• Maintain thorough site documentation and liaise with clients and contractors.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress and compliance reports.
