Parsons is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of a large-scale giga project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will drive strategy, governance, procurement, and cost control across complex contracts, with oversight of multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 as part of a senior commercial leadership team.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in commercial or contract management on large-scale projects.
• Proven experience working on mega/giga projects, preferably in GCC.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international standard forms.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary commercial teams on major projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with project requirements and client objectives.
• Lead and mentor commercial teams across contract management, procurement, and claims.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and risk management across multiple workstreams.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and manage variations, changes, and disputes.
• Coordinate procurement strategies and ensure best-value outcomes.
• Provide commercial input to funding, due diligence, and executive reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws, Vision 2030 localization goals, and governance.
