Job summary

SAP SE is seeking a Senior Application Service Manager to own complex customer engagements in the SAP CAS space within the RISE with SAP journey. You will mentor teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead global cross-functional delivery, align SAP and partner stakeholders, and identify upsell opportunities across the CAS portfolio, while thriving in a high-pressure, strategic leadership role.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years in customer account management, managed services, or enterprise relationship management.
6+ years leading global or cross-functional teams in project management or delivery leadership.
Deep knowledge of SAP portfolio, cloud services, and the RISE with SAP framework.

Responsibilities

Set and uphold the gold standard for CAS service delivery across the full customer lifecycle.
Act as a strategic advisor to customers to surface optimization and innovation opportunities.
Lead and orchestrate cross-functional, global delivery teams with SAP stakeholders, partners, and customer counterparts.
Drive customer growth and loyalty with upsell opportunities within the CAS portfolio.
