Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Senior Chef to lead Cold Kitchen and Production in a high-volume environment. The role requires strong operational leadership across multiple kitchens and teams with a focus on airline catering or central production.

The candidate should have 6+ years in related fields, a culinary qualification, and fluent English. HACCP and food safety expertise are essential; the position includes tax-free SAR 23,000 monthly, housing and transport

Requirements:

• Fluency in English essential.
• 6+ years' experience within airline catering, catering kitchens or central production.
• Strong leadership experience in high-volume food production.
• Excellent knowledge & certification of HACCP, food safety & production planning.
• Commercially aware with experience managing labour productivity & operationalperformance.
