Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Senior Chef to lead Cold Kitchen and Production in a high-volume, time-sensitive setting. The role demands strong operational leadership across multiple kitchens and teams.

Qualifications

Fluency in English is essential.
6+ years of experience in airline catering or central production.
Strong leadership experience in high-volume food production.
Excellent HACCP, food safety and production planning knowledge.
Commercially aware with experience managing labour productivity and operational performance.
Culinary qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee Cold Kitchen and Production departments in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
