Job summary

SAIC is seeking Systems Engineers to support the RSNF C4I modernization program on-site in Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will lead requirements analysis, site surveys, system verification, and AoA for integrating C4I and COTS into RSNF platforms and shore facilities.

You will interact with US Government and RSNF officials, prepare documentation for foreign disclosure, and support SETR events as part of an integrated program team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 5+ years of related experience.
• Active Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
• 5+ years of experience supporting C4I systems.
• 3+ years with COTS equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems engineering for C4I deployments.
• Conduct site surveys and translate needs into engineering requirements.
• Plan and execute SOVTs and document discrepancies.
• Prepare and present documents for SETR and foreign disclosure.
