Senior C4I Systems Engineer – Onsite Saudi Deployment

Job summary

SAIC is seeking Systems Engineers to support the U.S. Navy's FMS C4I modernization program for RSNF in Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Engineers will lead requirements analysis, site surveys, system verification, and AoA for C4I and COTS integrations, interfacing with USG and RSNF officials.

Roles involve SOVTs, documentation for foreign disclosure, and coordination of IMS inputs. Requires active Secret clearance and Saudi work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field from an accredited college or university.
• Five or more years of experience supporting C4I systems (e.g., GCCS, NAVMACS, TDLs, SATCOM, ADSI).
• Three or more years of experience with COTS equipment (radars, GPS, EO cameras, CCTV, VTC).
• Experience working in security cooperation efforts with the U.S. Government or foreign officials.
• Active Secret clearance with U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end systems engineering for C4I capabilities deployed to RSNF afloat and ashore.
• Conduct site surveys, capture as-built configurations, and derive engineering requirements.
• Plan and execute SOVTs; develop test procedures and document discrepancies.
• Lead AoA analyses for COTS products and provide trade studies.
• Support SETRs (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR) with engineering artifacts.
• Prepare foreign disclosure documentation and coordinate with USG officials.
