Senior C4I Systems Engineer — Onsite, Saudi Arabia

Job summary

SAIC is seeking Systems Engineers to support the U.S. Navy's FMS C4I modernization for the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) on-site in Riyadh and Jubail, Saudi Arabia. You will lead requirements analysis, site surveys, system verification, and AoA for integrating C4I and COTS into RSNF platforms and shore facilities, interfacing with US and Saudi officials.

This role requires active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and readiness to travel and comply with country-clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university with 5+ years of experience.
• Active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
• 5+ years of experience with C4I systems (GCCS, NAVMACS, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience with COTS equipment (radars, GPS, CCTV, etc.).
• Experience working OCONUS with US Government or foreign officials.
• Expertise in foreign disclosure, site surveys, SOVTs, and AoA for COTS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in C4I and network comms.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end systems engineering for C4I on RSNF afloat and ashore.
• Conduct technical site surveys at RSNF facilities and translate needs into requirements.
• Plan and execute SOVTs; develop test procedures and document discrepancies.
• Research AoA for COTS products and provide trade studies.
• Support SETR events and produce engineering artifacts.
• Author and sanitize documents for foreign disclosure and coordinate with US officials.
• Interface with NAVWAR program managers and RSNF officials.
• Contribute to IMS inputs and brief schedule status in MS Project/PowerPoint.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks; escalate to Program Manager.
