Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Business Analyst in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province to analyze business requirements, map processes, and translate needs into practical technology and operational solutions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with business, IT, project managers, and subject-matter experts to document requirements, drive improvements, and support successful delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in business/process analysis and requirements management.
• Strong experience working with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze and document current and future business processes.
• Translate requirements into clear functional requirements (BRD, FRS, user stories).
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented.
• Facilitate communication among business users, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support solution evaluation and input into proposed solutions.
• Support UAT including test scenarios and defect clarification.
• Develop process maps and data-flow diagrams.
