Job summary

Quant, a leading Saudi data and AI solutions provider, seeks a Sr. Business Director to lead the sales division and drive growth across key industries in Saudi Arabia.

You will set strategy, targets, and coaching plans while negotiating complex contracts and expanding Quant’s enterprise footprint. You will collaborate with product and marketing to align solutions with market needs, manage client relationships, and ensure scalable, data-driven sales processes.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in sales, preferably IT/Data Science/AI subsectors.
• Proven experience in enterprise software sales and subscription models.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with Quant’s vision and objectives.
• Define targets, KPIs, and growth plans for the sales team.
