Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in business/process analysis and requirements management.
• Strong experience working with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze and document current and future business processes.
• Translate requirements into clear functional requirements (BRD, FRS, user stories).
• Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.

We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to analyze business requirements, improve business processes, and translate business needs into effective technology and operational solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, project managers, and subject-matter experts to understand business objectives, document requirements, identify process improvements, and support the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Analyze and document current ("As-Is") business processes and define future ("To-Be") processes.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS), user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Facilitate communication between business users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Support solution evaluation and provide business input into proposed solutions.
• Participate in requirements validation, solution walkthroughs, and design reviews.
• Develop and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, and data-flow diagrams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test-scenario preparation, test-case review, and defect clarification.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in business/process analysis and requirements management.
• Strong experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Industrial, or other large enterprise environments.
• Experience with digital transformation, ERP, enterprise applications, or process improvement projects.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, BPMN, BABOK, or ITIL.
