Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration to join a leading organization in Saudi Arabia.

You will manage procurement activities from requisition through PO closure, coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, and support continuous improvement of procurement workflows and procedures. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent organization, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Administration.
• Experience with PRs, POs, supplier coordination and procurement processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities from Purchase Requisition to PO closure.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Source, evaluate, and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare procurement compliance documents, including SSJ & SEF.
• Coordinate supplier registration and required documentation.
• Maintain centralized PO records and tracking.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Follow up on POs from issuance through closure.
• Support continuous improvement of procurement workflows and procedures.
