Job summary

AECOM Riyadh seeks a BIM Engineer - Digital Construction to develop and manage high-quality Building Information Models for complex projects. You will coordinate architecture, structure, MEP and other disciplines, lead clash detection efforts, and ensure model quality and documentation deliverables across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Ten years of BIM engineering or closely related experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD.
• Strong coordination and clash detection abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coordinated 3D BIMs across disciplines.
• Integrate MEP and other systems into federated models.
• Perform clash detection and generate reports with resolution actions.
• Produce construction documentation and digital handover materials.
• Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and data management.
