Job summary

AECOM Middle East Ltd is seeking a BIM Manager - Digital Delivery in Riyadh to lead BIM governance across multidisciplinary projects, coordinating complex models and ensuring compliance with client requirements and ISO 19650. The role drives automation, dashboards and information-management standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years BIM delivery experience in AEC industry.
• Leadership as BIM Manager or Digital Delivery Manager.
• Experience on large, technically complex projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Revit, Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Strong multidisciplinary model coordination skills.
• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and GCC/Saudi BIM requirements.
• Power BI reporting and dashboards experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation across building and infrastructure projects.
• Apply AECOM digital-delivery standards and client BIM requirements.
• Develop and maintain Project BIM Execution Plans.
• Coordinate Task Information Delivery Plans across disciplines.
• Oversee models produced using Revit, Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Govern the project's Common Data Environment and data exchange.
• Establish information workflows, permissions and exchange procedures.
• Manage Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 and ProjectWise environments.
• Mentor BIM and digital-delivery professionals and coordinate with consultants.
