Job summary

Elegancia Mechanical Engineering Company S.P.C. in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior BIM Engineer to lead the development, coordination, QA, and delivery of architectural BIM models for large-scale projects across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and BIM service providers to improve coordination, resolve design conflicts, and support construction efficiency, cost control, scheduling, and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of BIM Architecture or coordination experience.
• Experience on large-scale or mega projects.
• Proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
• Ability to coordinate across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage BIM models across design to as-built stages.
• Model with Revit for architectural documentation and schedules.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Perform clash detection using Navisworks and track issues.
• Maintain BIM revision logs and support QA/QC processes.
• Assist in BIM guidelines, templates, and close-out documentation.
