The BIM Manager will establish the digital framework through which multidisciplinary project information is created, coordinated, reviewed, exchanged, and ultimately handed over. The position combines leadership responsibility with hands-on technical production, requiring the ability to define standards while also resolving practical model and information-management issues when delivery pressure increases. Project success will depend on consistent application of BIM Execution Plans, reliable Common Data Environment workflows, controlled model structures, accurate coordinates, and disciplined coordination between architecture, engineering, contractor, and consultant teams. The role will also drive continuous improvement by introducing automation, measuring BIM performance, mentoring project teams, and identifying delivery risks before they affect contractual milestones. This makes the position central to both technical quality and overall digital project governance.

Minimum qualification pathways include a bachelor 's degree with at least 6 years of relevant BIM or digital delivery experience, an associate 's degree with 10 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience. Exposure to Artificial Intelligence applications in digital engineering is also desirable.
