Job summary

Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia seeks a Staff Battery & Inverter Manufacturing Engineer to lead HV battery pack and inverter assembly processes at the AMP-2 facility. Define processes from first principles, own PFMEA, PPAP, SPC, and drive yield, NPI readiness, and safety.

You will own end-to-end manufacturing readiness, work with Design, Test, Supplier Quality, and Operations, mentor Saudi nationals, and ensure compliance with IATF16949, SASO, and IEC standards while delivering launch readiness at

Experience with commissioning/launch

IATF 16949/APQP/change control knowledge
