Job summary

Lucid Motors Middle East seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead end-of-line and in-process test capability for high-voltage battery packs at AMP-2 in KAEC, KSA. You will own test-process definition, launch support, issue investigation, and continuous improvement, partnering with local manufacturing and US-based design, software, and quality teams to ensure safe, reliable battery production.

The role requires collaboration across teams, development of on-site diagnostics, and analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in high voltage battery systems, BMS, power electronics, or related automotive engineering roles.
• Hands-on HV safety and test process experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, implement, and debug end-of-line test processes for HV battery packs.
• Conduct failure mode analysis and drive process improvements.
• Validate hardware/software revisions to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, process, and quality teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis to prevent production interruptions.
• Analyze fleet data to improve test detection and reduce field failures.
• Provide feedback to US engineering on progress and risks.
• Develop on-site diagnostic capabilities in KAEC and enable advanced investigations.
• Create analytics dashboards to track FPY and root causes.
