Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead end-of-line and in-process test capability for high-voltage battery packs at AMP-2 in Saudi Arabia. You will own test-process definition, launch support, issue investigation and continuous improvement across production.

You will collaborate with US-based battery design, systems, software, and quality teams to ensure safe and high-quality battery production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related technical field.
• 5+ years' experience in high voltage battery systems or automotive engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-of-line test processes for high-voltage battery packs at AMP-2.
• Perform failure mode analysis to improve tests.
• Validate hardware/software revisions for quality.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, process, and quality teams.
• Lead root-cause analysis to prevent production issues.
• Develop on-site diagnostic capabilities in KSA.
• Create analytics dashboards with data science teams to track quality KPIs.
