Job summary

CNTXT is seeking a Demand Generation Professional to drive high-quality pipeline growth by integrating marketing operations, automation, and multi-channel digital campaigns. You will own the core marketing technology stack (Website, HubSpot, Salesforce) and craft campaigns to generate qualified leads, collaborating with Sales on lead qualification and handoff while measuring performance across the funnel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in marketing, business, or related field.
4+ years in B2B marketing with emphasis on marketing operations and demand generation.
Certifications in marketing automation or digital advertising are a plus.
Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, paid social, retargeting).
Own marketing ops: CRM management, data integrity, lead scoring, routing, nurturing workflows.
Build dashboards and report on marketing KPIs, funnel performance, and ROI.
Collaborate with sales to optimize lead handoff and pipeline contribution.
