Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a Demand Generation Senior Specialist to accelerate lead generation and conversion. You will design and execute integrated campaigns across channels, collaborating with sales and product marketing to align with business goals.

You will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and mentor teams on best practices in marketing automation, SEO, PPC, and content marketing to grow our client base and strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in demand generation or related roles.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
• Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Saudi nationals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, content marketing).
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize efforts based on KPIs and ROI metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaigns are aligned with sales goals and to support lead nurturing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Create engaging content to attract and convert leads, including whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
• Manage marketing automation processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of lead generation.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure innovative approaches to demand generation.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
