Job summary

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead daily attraction activities. You will supervise procurement, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure safe, efficient operations and outstanding guest experiences.

You will develop strategies in collaboration with the Attractions GM and other managers, drive cost control, and mentor a team to maintain SEVEN's standards of excellence across the guest journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management within entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong leadership with proven ability to manage large teams.
• Focus on process improvement, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the attraction, ensuring smooth, safe, and high-standard guest service.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling and business planning for the offering.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the Attractions department's goals.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support operations.
