Job summary

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) invites a seasoned Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of the attraction, ensuring smooth service, safety, and financial performance within the Attractions department. You will oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning, while building a high-performing team.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in entertainment/hospitality operations, and a track record of improving guest satisfaction and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Operations Management or Project Management is preferred.
• 5+ years in operations management within entertainment or hospitality.
• Proven track record of managing large teams and complex operations in a guest-facing environment.
• Experience in optimizing operations for efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the attraction to ensure smooth, high-quality guest service.
• Lead procurement, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling for the offering.
• Manage vendor relationships and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement operational policies, drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Attractions GM and other managers to optimize guest experience.
