Job summary

SEVEN seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of the attraction, ensuring smooth, high-quality guest experiences. You will oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling while aligning plans with the Attractions department strategy.

The role requires a proven track record in hospitality/entertainment operations, with strong leadership, vendor management, and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 10+ years in operations management within hospitality or entertainment.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading large teams and guest-facing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the attraction to ensure smooth, high-quality guest experiences.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement strategies aligned with department goals.
• Manage vendor relations and cost control.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.
