Job summary

Alpha Leadership Co. is seeking an experienced Project Manager Development to drive the design development lifecycle for high-profile real estate assets in Saudi Arabia.

You will ensure alignment with financial, statutory and architectural goals, and supervise consultants across architecture, engineering and BIM disciplines. Rooted in a strong regulatory knowledge base, you will manage budgets, permits, and coordination with Execution, Procurement, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree in Project Management is a plus.
• PMP certification or professional registration is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant real estate development experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of local authority approval processes and the Saudi Building Code.

Responsibilities

• Translate approved development concepts into detailed design briefs across disciplines.
• Draft consultant scopes of work and lead external design consultants.
• Review submissions at Concept, Schematic and Detailed Design for buildability and integration.
• Oversee value engineering and keep deliverables within approved budgets and feasibility.
• Procure permits and clearances per Saudi Building Code; coordinate with Execution, Procurement, Sales and Marketing.
• Provide progress updates and manage design risk and change requests for executives.
