Job summary

Confidential Careers in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Senior Architect / Technical Coordination Manager to lead architectural design reviews and multidisciplinary coordination across major real estate projects.

Reporting to the Technical Director, you will ensure design quality, buildability, regulatory compliance, and integration between architectural, structural, MEP, and specialists, while managing design consultants and aligning design intent with cost and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in architecture and coordination.
• Experience with high-rise, hotels, and mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of Revit.
• Experience coordinating between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design reviews across project stages.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design between Architecture, Structural, MEP, and specialists.
• Interface with external design consultants for timely drawings and submissions.
• Ensure designs comply with Saudi building regulations and codes.
• Identify technical risks and constructability challenges.
• Support value engineering while preserving design intent.
• Resolve design-related issues, RFIs, and coordination conflicts.
• Ensure alignment with project cost, schedule, procurement, and construction strategies.
• Monitor consultant performance and deliverables.
• Minimize clashes and delays.
• Maintain alignment of design intent throughout lifecycle.
