Job summary

JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Design Manager to oversee the architectural design process across asset types, aligning with the client's innovative vision. You will lead a creative team and collaborate with the Project Director and stakeholders to deliver exceptional projects.

The role requires 15+ years of experience in architecture and project management, mastery of Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite, and proven leadership under pressure on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required.
15+ years of architecture/design and project management experience.
Strong knowledge of architectural typologies and design principles for public spaces.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.
Leadership and ability to work under pressure on large projects.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design scope and manage scheduling.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Direct the integration of design packages and emphasize safety within design efforts.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams from concept to execution.
Create comprehensive design documentation, including architectural sets and reports.
Supervise architecture and design staff with strategic guidance.
