Job summary

BEC Arabia in Khobar seeks an experienced Technical - Architectural Team Leader to oversee architectural design and technical deliverables for major construction and infrastructure projects.

You will lead architects and designers, ensuring sustainable, high-quality designs while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in architectural design and project management, with leadership exposure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM; strong SBC knowledge; SCE registration.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to completion and align with client goals.
• Manage a team of architects and drafters with mentorship.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers for integrated designs.
• Develop detailed drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ensure compliance with SBC and local regulations; upholdRegulatory standards.
• Review designs for feasibility, timelines, and quality; address challenges proactively.
• Monitor project progress and report to stakeholders; support proposals and BD efforts.
