HanmiGlobal is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Engineer to support the delivery of a prestigious high-rise hospitality development in Makkah. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 12–15 years of relevant architectural engineering experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior architectural engineering role.
• GCC experience on high-rise developments and luxury hospitality projects.
• Experience in PMC/Client Representative environments is highly preferred.
• Ultra-luxury hospitality project experience is highly desirable.
• Saudi National is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate architectural designs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements and codes.
• Coordinate architectural interfaces with structural, MEP, façade, interior design, and specialty consultant teams.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure architectural works align with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to verify workmanship and material quality.
• Lead architectural design review workshops and provide technical recommendations to resolve design issues.
• Oversee façade systems implementation, ensuring alignment with design intent and performance requirements.
• Review RFIs, technical queries, method statements, and change requests with timely resolutions.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring for architectural works.
• Ensure compliance with SBC, international standards, health and safety requirements, and project guidelines.
• Manage architectural punch lists, defect rectification, testing, commissioning support, and closeout activities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to facilitate project execution and issue resolution.
• Identify architectural and construction risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Support document control and maintain accurate architectural records within EDMS platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams.
