Job summary

HanmiGlobal is seeking a Design Coordinator to lead the management, review, and coordination of design deliverables across the project lifecycle in a fast-paced PMC environment in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Architecture, has 12–15 years of experience on high-rise tower projects, and KSA experience is mandatory. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 12-15 years of experience in high-rise tower projects.
• KSA experience is mandatory; PMC environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage design submissions across all disciplines to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and reports, providing technical feedback and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Facilitate communication between consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve design issues promptly.
• Monitor design progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, international standards, and project-specific guidelines.
• Support value engineering initiatives and contribute to design optimization efforts.
• Participate in design workshops, technical meetings, and coordination sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper version control of design deliverables.
