Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company 1 is seeking a seasoned Applications Leader to steer the development and delivery of smart application solutions across SEVEN and SCC. You will build high performing teams, govern delivery, and translate business needs into impactful technology roadmaps.

You will leverage Yardi consultancy experience, SDLC mastery, and broad domain knowledge across real estate and asset management to drive measurable business value, reduce costs, and foster innovation through modern

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience across multiple industries.
Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong quality models, processes, and governance knowledge.
Experience with at least one software development technology stack.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Leadership and people management capabilities.
Experience implementing or supporting enterprise applications, preferably in real estate or asset management.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute application strategies and service offerings aligned with business objectives.
Lead design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart systems and applications.
Manage and develop the Applications team, ensuring required capabilities and technical expertise.
Conduct regular team meetings, monitor performance, and provide coaching and guidance.
Identify opportunities and recommend technology-enabled solutions.
Drive service improvements that enhance quality and reduce costs.
