Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Asset Applications Support to strengthen Level 2 support across asset applications in our entertainment, hospitality, and retail portfolio.

You will lead a cross-functional team, define SLAs, collaborate with vendors, and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues while ensuring maximum system availability and performance to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• 7+ years in IT application support for large environments.
• Proven leadership of asset/enterprise application support teams.
• Experience establishing SLAs and managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee L2 support for the full asset applications suite.
• Develop and maintain support procedures and workflows.
• Establish and monitor SLAs; report to senior leadership.
• Act as primary escalation point for major incidents.
• Liaise with managed service contractors and vendors.
• Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional support teams.
• Allocate resources across ticketing, F&B, leasing, and park systems.
• Coordinate training with Application Design & Delivery teams.
• Collaborate with L0/L1 teams to improve first-contact resolution.
• Drive permanent solutions and bug fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders across asset areas.
