Job summary

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Manager – Development Business Solutions Design & Delivery to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of bespoke software solutions across the entire property development life cycle. The role sits at the intersection of enterprise software, custom development, and real estate operations, enabling tailored solutions for mega-project requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in software engineering, digital solution design, and systems delivery, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Design, prototyping, and end-to-end delivery of bespoke software applications and domain-specific modules.
Integrate custom applications with ERP, BIM, GIS, Cost Management, and Project Controls for unified data exchange.
Automate cross-functional workflows and optimize planning, engineering, and finance processes.
Collaborate with Master Planning, Engineering, Construction, and Finance to translate needs into technical specs.
Deliver governance-aligned activities and provide evidence for audits and reviews.
