Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a diligent Senior Specialist - IT Strategy and Planning to help develop and implement IT strategies and plans aligned with the company’s vision and objectives. You will work with IT and business units to gather requirements and craft roadmaps, while analyzing emerging technologies to inform decisions.

The role emphasizes reporting to senior management, KPI tracking, and active participation in cross-team meetings to ensure clear communication and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of IT governance, architecture, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with project management or relevant certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and documentation of IT strategic plans, roadmaps, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with various IT and business units to gather requirements and align IT strategies with business needs.
• Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and industry trends to support informed decision-making.
• Monitor and report on the progress of IT strategic projects and initiatives.
• Support performance measurement activities by defining and tracking KPIs related to IT strategy.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on IT strategy and planning matters.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across teams.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation activities related to IT strategy implementation.
