7+ years of experience in software engineering, digital solution design, and systems delivery, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead design, prototyping, and end-to-end delivery of bespoke software applications and domain-specific modules.
Build and deploy tailored digital tools for feasibility, master planning, design, logistics, and real estate operations.
Ensure integrations with ERP, BIM, GIS and other core platforms for unified data exchange.
Translate complex requirements from Master Planning, Engineering, Construction, and Finance into technical specs.
Identify and automate bottlenecks across planning, engineering, and finance workflows.
Drive cross-domain automation to reduce dual entry and improve delivery timelines.
Establish automated data quality checks and integration protocols for a single source of truth across platforms.
Support vendor execution and governance activities, monitoring SLAs and delivery performance.
