Mastercard Inc. is seeking a Managing Consultant, Services Business Development, Analytics to drive data‑driven consulting and AI solutions for clients across industries in West Arabia.

You will lead consultative sales, build pipelines, and collaborate with delivery teams, leveraging expertise in Analytics, Generative AI, Data Strategy, and Cloud. The role requires 10+ years in management consulting and strong executive communication; experience with AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, technology advisory, or relevant data and AI industry roles.
• Proven ability to independently initiate, develop, and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements across diverse industries.
• Analytics and AI domain expert with hands-on advisory across Data Strategy & Governance, Advanced Analytics, Generative AI, Data Engineering, MLOps, and Cloud-enabled AI solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Generative AI technologies with ability to translate concepts into commercially relevant business applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative sales engagements and strategic client development initiatives spanning Analytics, AI, Data Strategy, Data Engineering, MLOps, and Cloud across West Arabia.
• Deliver against sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while nurturing long-term senior client relationships.
• Contribute to deal bids and RFP responses with high-quality, differentiated proposals aligned with client objectives and market context.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and thought leadership in the West Arabia market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery and solution teams to ensure seamless transitions from sales to execution and accountability for client outcomes.
