You will shape strategic engagements, develop opportunities, and mentor teams while collaborating with regional and global EY units to deliver measurable business value for clients in Saudi Arabia.

This role requires a proven ability to originate and close high-impact programs and to balance strategy with technology

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in management or technology consulting.
• 6–10 years of leadership experience in Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Big 4 experience beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proven track record of growing Data & AI practices.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Data & AI consulting engagements across the Saudi market.
• Own and grow a strong portfolio of client relationships with a focus on revenue growth and pipeline development.
• Lead business development activities including account planning, opportunity shaping, proposal leadership and deal closure.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on Data & AI operating models, business use cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee the delivery of complex multi-workstream Data & AI programs ensuring quality, value realization and client satisfaction.

As a Senior Manager within our Data amp AI practice you will play a senior leadership role combining deep consulting experience market presence and business development capability to grow our footprint and deliver strategic impact for clients

This role requires a seasoned consulting leader with strong local market credentials a proven client network and a track record of originating and delivering complex Data and AI engagements across industries

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for Data amp AI consulting engagements across the Saudi market

Own and grow a strong portfolio of client relationships with a clear focus on revenue growth and pipeline development

Lead business development activities including account planning opportunity shaping proposal leadership and deal closure

Advise senior client stakeholders on Data and AI operating models business use cases and transformation roadmaps

Oversee the delivery of complex multi-workstream Data amp AI programs ensuring quality value realization and client satisfaction

Bring practical non-superficial knowledge of data platforms analytics and AI capabilities to client discussions

Collaborate with regional and global EY teams to bring the best of the firm to clients

Mentor senior managers and managers supporting leadership development and practice capability building

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 12 15 years of professional experience predominantly within management or technology consulting

At least 6 10 years of leadership experience within the Middle East region preferably Saudi Arabia

Background in reputable consulting firms Big 4 experience beneficial but not mandatory

Demonstrated experience leading and growing Data amp AI consulting practices or portfolios

Language Requirements

Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory

Professional proficiency in English is required
