Job summary

HYKAL seeks a seasoned Consultant Airports Construction Manager to lead airport construction projects and mega-scale developments across the GCC. You will supervise delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet client goals.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Architectural or Civil Engineering, PMP certification, 15+ years in engineering with 5+ years as a Gulf CM; fluent English; Saudi iqama and driving license for non-Saudis; willing to attend a face-to-face interview in Al Jawf.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 15 years in engineering, incl. 5+ years as a Consultant Airports Construction Manager in the Gulf.
• Proven track record in airport construction projects and mega-scale developments.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and other project management software.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Valid Saudi iqama and driving license (for non-Saudi applicants).
• All certificates and experience documents must be available.
• Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview in the Al Jawf Region, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage airport construction projects and mega-scale developments.
• Oversee supervision, implementation, and consultancy across all phases.
• Monitor progress, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Plan, schedule, and allocate resources using Primavera and related tools.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, safety, and regulations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and report to stakeholders.
