Job summary

Absal Paul Contracting in Jeddah seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead site construction activities for logistics and industrial facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years construction experience, including GCC project delivery.
• Proven experience in logistics, industrial, warehouse, or large-scale facility construction.
• Strong leadership, site management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, HSE, quality control, and project delivery.
• Airport project experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and consultants to maintain progress and resolve construction issues.
• Monitor construction programme, manpower, materials, equipment and site logistics.
• Ensure quality standards, drawings, specifications, method statements and HSE requirements are properly followed.
• Support the Project Manager in planning progress reporting, procurement coordination and risk management.
• Lead site coordination meetings and ensure timely completion of civil, structural, architectural and MEP works.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, handover and project close-out activities.
